Julio Fuentes is a Marine Corps Veteran, award-winning real estate investor, and top-producing Realtor whose journey from military service to real estate leadership reflects discipline, adaptability, and vision. Born to immigrant parents in Modesto, California, Julio built his career through hard work, strategic networking, and a deep commitment to community.

In his first year in real estate, he was nominated for the prestigious Sally Noffsinger Rookie of the Year Award by Cape Fear Realtors. By 2024, he doubled his production and earned the Chairman’s Gold Award, placing him in the top 2% of agents at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.

Julio’s expertise extends far beyond traditional sales. He personally buys, flips, and holds real estate across southeastern North Carolina  managing renovations, contractors, accounting, and property management himself. This hands-on experience allows him to guide clients with authenticity and precision, not theory. He helps investors, sellers, buyers, and business owners create long-term strategies to build and scale wealth through real estate from the first purchase to full portfolio development.

Dedicated to service beyond sales, Julio is a graduate of the 2025 Cape Fear Realtors Leadership Academy and an active member of the Veteran Business Collective. He is an advocate for the Hispanic community and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

In 2026, Julio was nominated to serve on the Board of Directors for the Cape Fear Realtors Association, bringing a fresh, inclusive perspective grounded in action, accountability, and a passion for raising the standard for professionals in the real estate industry.

Beyond his professional success, Julio is a proud girl dad to two beautiful daughters who inspire everything he does. His mission goes beyond building homes and portfolios; it's about building legacy. He strives to teach his girls strength, confidence, and the power of knowledge, proving that with faith, consistency, and vision, anything is possible.
