My name is Michael Rheel and have worked real estate for over 7 years closing over 200 transactions. Most of my business is referral based which means the world to me. Meaning that past clients re-use me to help them again selling or buying. Also my past clients do a wonderful job referring me to their friends and family. I am always building new relationships and love working with new clients as well. I have served clients as north as Swansboro and as south as the South Carolina border. I have sold $20,000 lots - Million Dollar Homes. I hope that when new clients are shopping for an agent they understand that their interests are my interests. 

My family and I moved down from New York 12 years ago in search of the ocean, warm weather, and a town that is open year round. Wilmington was exactly what we were looking for and we have 0 regrets. We have lived on Middle Sound Loop Road for 12 great amazing years. Besides full time real estate my hobbies are what most people relocate to the shores for. We boat, fish, enjoy UNCW sporting events, love going to Lea's Island for some leisure or sitting at the pool. We love our Staycations. I have two boys that are sports heavy. Basketball, football and especially baseball. Both AJ and Ryan play baseball in 2 leagues in the spring.
