About Chris

I am a lifelong resident of the Cape Fear Region. I was born and raised in Burgaw, NC and I have called Wilmington my home for most of my adult life. Growing up and living in the Cape Fear Region has given me more than I could ever imagine. It is where graduated UNCW, it is where I met and married the love of my life, and it is where most of my friends and family live and thrive today.
I began in Real Estate following a successful local technology start-up company in the Wilmington area. During my time working in the IT start-up, we grew from a local provider to a provider serving over 25 states nationwide. In my time growing our company, I was able to sharpen my skills in client service, negotiation, sales/marketing, and product management. After my start-up in 2019, I decided Real Estate was the best opportunity to connect with people and use the skills I had perfected.
My approach to Real Estate is simple. I provide the ABSOLUTE BEST client service to each one of my clients.
