About Phil
Marion retired from the banking industry in 2021 after a 41-year career, much of it in southeastern NC. After retirement, he has engaged clients in financial, strategic, economic, and real estate advisory services.
Phil has a well-earned reputation of supporting others, deepening relationships, and creating win-win scenarios. He brings passion, loyalty, and tenacity with a keen ability to provide advice, counsel, and connections to better position his clients to achieve their goals.
His service to the Community includes serving as a trustee of UNCW. He also served on various boards including Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, United Way, NC Rural Center and the Cape Fear Council of the Boy Scouts of America, receiving the Silver Beaver Award for his scouting service.
As a man of faith, husband, father, grandfather, banker, real estate professional, volunteer, golf enthusiast and a passion for boating, Marion has made Wilmington his home for approximately a quarter century.
